Algae

Chemical: (Bleach) Sodium Hypochlorite
Mixture rate: Min.- 3% Max. 6%
Solution: Apply solution from the bottom to the top and allow to set 5-10 mins.
Wash: Using a surface cleaner wash the area.
Other: Sodium Hypochlorite will speed up the oxidation process. While also set in mineral stains.

Moss

Chemical: (Bleach) Sodium Hypochlorite
Mixture rate: Min.- 3% Max. 6%
Solution: Apply solution from the bottom to the top and allow to set 10-20 mins.
Wash: Using a mid pressure tip rinse the area.
Other: Sodium Hypochlorite will speed up the oxidation process. While also set in mineral stains.

Rust

Chemical: F9 BARC Rust remover
Mixture rate: Min. 3:1 Max. Full strength
Solution: Apply the solution to the dry surface and allow it to set 10-20 mins.
Wash: Using a surface cleaner wash the area.
Other: Apply to the entire pad. Sodium Hypochlorite will set this stain in.

Red Georgia Clay

Chemical: Rust X
Mixture rate: Min- 3:1 Max. 1:1
Solution: Apply solution to the dry surface and allow to set 10-20 mins.
Wash: Using a surface cleaner wash the area.
Other: Apply to the entire pad. Sodium Hypochlorite will set this stain in.

Efflorescence

Chemical: BARC F-9 Efflorescence
Mixture rate: Min.- 12:1 Max. 1:1
Solution: Apply the solution to a dry surface and allow it to set 10-20 mins.
Wash: Using a high-pressure tip wash the area.
Other: Apply to the entire pad. This is calcium from the masonry.

Oil Stain

Chemical: (Sodium Hydroxide) X-treme Clean
Heat: 180 degrees
Mixture rate: 8 oz. per gal.
Solution: Apply the solution to a dry surface and allow it to set 10-20 mins.
Wash: Using a surface cleaner wash the area.
Other: Sodium Hydroxide will discolor asphalt. Rinse thoroughly.

Food Grease

Chemical: (Sodium Hydroxide) X-treme Clean
Heat: 180 degrees
Mixture rate: Min.-2oz per gal. Max. 8 oz per gal.
Solution: Apply the solution to a dry surface and allow it to set 10-20 mins.
Wash: Using a low-pressure tip rinse the area.
Other: Sodium Hydroxide will discolor asphalt. Rinse thoroughly.

Tar and Asphalt

Chemical: Tar Buster
Mixture rate: Full strength
Solution: Apply the solution to a dry surface and allow it to set 10-20 mins.
Wash: Using a high-pressure tip wash the area.

Gum

Chemical: None
Heat: 180 degrees
Wash: Using a 1000 psi nozzle wash the area with heat. The heat will loosen it off the concrete.

Battery Acid

Chemical: BARC F-9 Efflorescence
Mixture rate: Min.- 12:1 Max. 1:1
Solution: Apply the solution to a dry surface and allow it to set 10-20 mins.
Wash: Using a high-pressure tip wash the area.

Tire Marks

Solution: Apply the solution to a dry surface and allow it to set 10-20 mins.

Other: Sodium Hydroxide will discolor asphalt. Rinse thoroughly.

Road Paint

Heat: 180 degrees
